Should I upgrade to Windows 11? At some point, yes. If your computer is running Windows 10 , you're eligible for a complimentary upgrade to Windows 11. Please keep in mind thst Microsoft reserves the right to charge a license fee for the upgrade should they choose.

It's important to note that just because you ARE eligible for a free upgrade does not mean you SHOULD upgrade. Windows 11 has higher system requirements than previous versions of Windows.

I pay my bills online, is it still safe? It is still safe to pay your bills online, yes. Microsoft may be pulling support for Windows 10, but as long as you have https in your browser, you will be fine. However, as the window closes for support, you may want to consider using your phone for online banking. A fair amount of updates we get for our computers are security updates and enhancements.
